What You'll Do

  • Architect and ship AI systems that generate ad creatives end-to-end, including interactive playables, combining code generation, multimodal asset generation, and runtime quality into production-grade pipelines
  • Rapidly prototype against real creative problems and take successful proof-of-concepts into production
  • Partner closely with creative strategists, content leads, and builders to translate expertise into scalable systems
  • Design robust systems that handle variability in AI-generated output through guardrails, fallbacks, and quality gates
  • Build evaluation infrastructure for creative output, including subjective quality assessment, human-in-the-loop review, and A/B testing against ad performance

Who You Are

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Senior engineer with significant pre-LLM production experience and strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and observability
  • Strong in Python for AI and agent work
  • Fluent in JavaScript and TypeScript for creative and playables work
  • HTML and gaming experience is a plus
  • Experience shipping LLM-powered systems to production and understanding model failure modes
  • Ability to make deliberate architectural choices between models, code, tools, and context
  • Experience building evaluation infrastructure and working with multimodal AI, specifically image and/or video generation models
