[solidcore] is looking for a Head Coach who is passionate about sharing the brand and workout experience. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Head Coach supports studio success and delivers a best-in-class fitness experience while coaching an average of ten classes per week.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the studio’s lead coach while maintaining a schedule of 10 classes per week.
  • Set expectations and act as an example for new and existing coaches.
  • Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
  • Meet utilization and retention expectations for both individual and studio performance.
  • Assist with day-to-day studio operations.
  • Lead outreach and marketing efforts to attract new clients and partnerships.
  • Provide coach development, feedback, and support during new coach training.
  • Respond to client requests and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Maintain knowledge of retail operations, class packages, promotions, and apparel.
  • Execute operational tasks including ordering supplies, conducting inventory, and maintaining sales logs.
  • Ensure studio equipment and facilities remain clean and fully functional.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Permanent, non-exempt, full-time position averaging 40 hours per week.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to accommodate training schedules and changing business needs.
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR The Lead Software Engineer at SimCorp, at the IC5 grade, is responsible for leading and driving the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software that meets business requirements and technical specifications. The Lead Software Engineer takes ownership of key engineering projects, provides technical guidance to junior engineers, and ensures that software is delivered on time and within scope.
