You will take ownership of the implementation journey, bringing together customer stakeholders, product and engineering teams and keeping several implementations moving in parallel. Your focus will be on making sure requirements and configuration are understood, dependencies are visible, decisions happen at the right time, and customers know exactly what is needed to reach the next milestone. Development can move quickly, which means the critical path is often determined by customer input, integrations and external dependencies rather than engineering capacity. Managing several customer implementations in parallel while maintaining clear priorities, milestones and ownership. Gathering and structuring customer requirements, configuration needs and implementation dependencies. Planning MVPs and pilots together with customer, product and engineering teams. Planning and coordinating UAT, ensuring customers and internal teams are prepared and blockers are addressed quickly. Coordinating production readiness, go-live activities and the transition into ongoing BAU operations. Identifying and managing risks, issues, dependencies and external blockers throughout the implementation lifecycle. Working closely with product and engineering teams to understand technical dependencies and translate them into clear customer actions and expectations. Holding effective customer conversations around APIs, integrations, environments and deployment dependencies . Driving customer decisions and inputs required to keep fast-moving implementations on track. Setting clear expectations around scope, timelines, responsibilities and dependencies. The Essentials We’re Seeking Strong experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations , ideally within a Professional Services environment. Proven project or delivery management experience across the complete customer implementation lifecycle. Hands-on experience with customer requirements and configuration gathering, MVP / pilot planning and UAT coordination . Strong risk, issue and dependency management skills. Experience coordinating across customer, product and engineering teams . Ability to successfully manage multiple implementations running in parallel. Strong customer-facing communication skills and confidence working with senior and technical stakeholders. Experience delivering projects remotely across distributed teams and multiple time zones. Sufficient technical literacy to discuss APIs, integrations, environments and deployment dependencies with customers and engineers. Ability to understand technical constraints and dependencies without relying on engineering teams to translate every detail. Experience working in a fast delivery environment where engineering execution is rapid and customer inputs or external dependencies often determine the critical path. A proactive approach to removing blockers, driving decisions and setting expectations rather than relying on process or ceremonies to create momentum.
