🏢 Summary: Fractional, fully remote Senior Delivery / Project Manager role leading several enterprise AI-platform customer implementations from requirements and configuration through MVP, UAT, production and BAU transition. The role focuses on coordinating customers, product and engineering teams; managing dependencies and blockers; and providing technical delivery leadership around APIs, integrations, environments and deployments. Compensation is 120–150 PLN/hour plus VAT on a B2B contract. 🗂️ Requirements: Enterprise software or SaaS implementation delivery experience, End-to-end project or delivery management across customer implementation lifecycles, Requirements and configuration gathering, MVP/pilot planning and UAT coordination, Risk, issue and dependency management, Coordination across customer, product and engineering teams, Management of multiple parallel implementations, Customer-facing communication with senior and technical stakeholders, Remote delivery across distributed teams and time zones, Technical literacy in APIs, integrations, environments and deployment dependencies, Understanding of technical constraints and dependencies, Experience in fast-paced delivery environments, Proactive blocker removal, decision-driving and expectation-setting, Written and spoken English 📃 Skills: SaaS, APIs, Integrations, UAT, MVP, Deployments, Environments, Configuration, AI 🏢 Description: In Short • 100% remote or work from one of two offices • 120–150 PLN/h + VAT • B2B contract Your Daily Missions • Coordinate customer implementations end to end — from requirements gathering and initial configuration through MVP/pilot, UAT, production and transition to BAU. • Manage several customer implementations in parallel while maintaining clear priorities, milestones and ownership. • Gather and structure customer requirements, configuration needs and implementation dependencies. • Plan MVPs and pilots with customer, product and engineering teams. • Plan and coordinate UAT, ensuring customers and internal teams are prepared and blockers are addressed quickly. • Coordinate production readiness, go-live activities and transition into ongoing BAU operations. • Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and external blockers throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand technical dependencies and translate them into clear customer actions and expectations. • Hold effective customer conversations around APIs, integrations, environments and deployment dependencies. • Drive customer decisions and inputs required to keep fast-moving implementations on track. • Set clear expectations around scope, timelines, responsibilities and dependencies. • Adapt delivery plans as implementation priorities and external dependencies change. • Coordinate effectively across distributed teams and time zones. • Continuously improve the delivery approach for short, repeatable implementation cycles. The Essentials We’re Seeking • Strong experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations, ideally within a Professional Services environment. • Proven project or delivery management experience across the complete customer implementation lifecycle. • Hands-on experience with customer requirements and configuration gathering, MVP/pilot planning and UAT coordination. • Strong risk, issue and dependency management skills. • Experience coordinating across customer, product and engineering teams. • Ability to successfully manage multiple implementations running in parallel. • Strong customer-facing communication skills and confidence working with senior and technical stakeholders. • Experience delivering projects remotely across distributed teams and multiple time zones. • Sufficient technical literacy to discuss APIs, integrations, environments and deployment dependencies with customers and engineers. • Ability to understand technical constraints and dependencies without relying on engineering teams to translate every detail. • Experience working in a fast delivery environment where engineering execution is rapid and customer inputs or external dependencies often determine the critical path. • A proactive approach to removing blockers, driving decisions and setting expectations rather than relying on process or ceremonies to create momentum. • Strong written and spoken English, used daily in an international environment.
