We are looking for an Application Development Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the technology that underpins our Global Funds Management business — a core engine of our investment ecosystem. This is not a traditional “lead role.” It is a hands-on, high-impact leadership position where you will architect solutions, influence engineering direction, and directly contribute to building modern, scalable platforms at enterprise scale. Your new role You will sit at the heart of engineering delivery, combining technical depth with leadership influence: Design and build robust, scalable applications supporting Global Funds Management Act as a technical anchor within a highly capable engineering team Drive end-to-end solution delivery — from architecture through to production Lead the adoption of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automation, DevOps) Partner with global stakeholders across Technology and the business to solve complex problems Champion engineering excellence, quality, and continuous improvement Mentor and elevate engineers, creating a high-performance, learning-oriented team What we value We are interested in strong engineers who want to step into broader technical leadership and operate at scale.
