Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Installer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for installing complete plumbing systems in residential and light commercial applications while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Install complete plumbing systems in residential and light commercial projects
- Read and work from blueprints, specifications, and engineering drawings
- Coordinate with General Contractors and job site leadership throughout projects
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and company quality standards
- Maintain accurate job documentation, including materials, time, and work completed
- Work independently while maintaining productivity and craftsmanship standards
- Lead and support crews when needed on larger projects
- Mentor and train apprentices and junior plumbers
- Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols
What We're Looking For
- Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in Michigan
- 3+ years of Lead Plumber experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
- Skilled with hand and power tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage both residential and commercial job responsibilities
