The Role
We are inviting experienced professionals in AI / Machine Learning Engineer leadership roles to participate in upcoming research projects focused on workflow management tools and development processes. We are particularly interested in individuals involved in evaluating, selecting, purchasing, or making decisions about workflow management tools within their organizations.
If you have the necessary experience, you'll complete a quick 10- to 15-minute assessment to evaluate your suitability for research tasks. Successful participants will be invited to join and complete paid research activities.
Researchers seeking these skills may pay up to $200 per hour. Some tasks require one hour of uninterrupted participation.
Eligibility
- Manager-level position or above
- Background in AI / Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, Software Development, Product Management, or UX/Product Design
- Current or potential use of workflow management tools
- Participation in decision-making regarding development, product, or workflow management tools
This is a bench model opportunity. Eligibility for projects depends on demand and profile matching.
What You'll Bring
- Manager-level experience or higher in software engineering, product management, or product design
- Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, or managing workflow management tools
- Familiarity with software development, product development, or design workflows
- Involvement in purchasing decisions, budgeting, tool selection, or strategic recommendations
What You'll Be Doing
- Complete a paid screener assessing suitability for research tasks
- Participate in AI-moderated interviews and written tasks
- Complete qualitative surveys and feedback activities
- Share insights about workflow management practices and organizational needs
Key Technologies
Direct experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab Issues/Boards, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com is required.
