The Research Site Manager at Iterative Health is the operational backbone of clinical research sites. This role owns the day-to-day execution of clinical trial activities — managing site staff, driving enrollment performance, and ensuring every study runs with quality, compliance, and efficiency. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a science discipline preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior Clinical Research Coordinator.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret clinic policies and research protocols.
  • Experience with standard office software, EMR, and CTMS platforms preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
