We are looking for a Finance Manager who can work across the entire finance organization of a fast-paced startup and help build the financial backbone for the business. In this role you will support FP&A, investor relations, corporate development, strategy, and business operations.
Key attributes for success include strong finance and accounting fundamentals, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-impact work for executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Run and enhance FP&A processes including monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning
- Partner with business functions to provide financial guidance on commercial opportunities and investments
- Create detailed financial models including revenue, expenses, cash flows, capital structure, and M&A forecasts
- Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting, KPI analysis, and variance analysis
- Assist in developing and implementing FP&A systems
- Participate in quarterly close, public company reporting, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate FP&A and finance
- Experience at a publicly traded, fast-paced tech company preferred
- Advanced financial and business modeling skills
- Ability to analyze complex topics and deliver actionable insights

About the team: The Software Engineering Team builds and operates the systems that power Formic's Robotics-as-a-Service platform. Engineering focuses on ensuring deployed systems are observable, resilient, and remotely diagnosable at scale. The team builds production-grade edge and cloud systems that support reliable data collection, remote troubleshooting, live video streaming, and continuous system improvement. This work directly impacts fleet uptime, service efficiency, and customer outcomes by ensuring Formic's monitoring and control infrastructure remains scalable, reliable, and continuously evolving.
