This position is fully onsite at the Santa Ana office, supporting collaboration, teamwork, and real-time problem-solving.
Who You Are
As a Sales Operations Specialist II, you will support ongoing sales activities and the development of work products within the Business Development team. The role focuses on enhancing client interactions and optimizing sales processes.
What You Will Do
- Prepare detailed Vendor Payment History reports for clients and prospects.
- Conduct Comprehensive Reviews and identify gap analysis opportunities.
- Review and analyze vendor contract terms and conditions to identify compliance concerns and risks.
- Assist in analyzing client and prospect costs and expenses to support strategic decisions.
- Develop high-quality presentation materials for National Account Managers.
- Collaborate with internal client-facing teams to improve communication and coordination.
- Travel minimally to client offices across the US and Canada to gather critical data.
- Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines while maintaining quality deliverables.
- Support departmental goals through project and non-project-related tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Need
- 3-5 years of experience in an office environment.
- Experience in sales operations or a related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience analyzing large amounts of data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within teams.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage obstacles effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to work extended hours for client projects when necessary.
- Willingness to travel minimally as required.

The salary range for this position is $60,720 - $83,490, depending on skills, experience, education, and qualifications.
