About the Role

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support a diverse employee population through the full employee life cycle. Responsibilities include onboarding, HRIS administration, and supporting local and company-wide HR programs.

This is an onsite position in Palo Alto, CA and may require relocation. The role also requires flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team in employee relations investigations and conflict resolution
  • Maintain HRIS for all employee life-cycle processes
  • Respond to employee inquiries, questions, and concerns
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, programs, and processes
  • Serve as the onboarding point of contact for new hires
  • Ensure employee electronic files are accurate and updated
  • Assist with HR reporting and audit requests
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of HR policies, programs, and processes
  • Respond to unemployment claims and employment verifications
  • Provide support and deliver core HR services to the workforce
  • Assist with identifying department needs and implementing improvements
  • Facilitate site-wide events including benefits fairs and team celebrations
  • Support recruitment-related staffing activities
  • Maintain strict confidentiality for all matters and documents

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ months of administrative experience, including internships
