We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, gathering important information and ensuring cases are properly evaluated and directed to the legal team.

This is a 100% onsite position at the office in Newton, Massachusetts.

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries from potential clients seeking legal assistance
  • Gather key details about accidents and injuries while guiding clients through the intake process
  • Accurately enter client information and case details into the firm's case management system
  • Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure cases are reviewed and routed efficiently
  • Provide compassionate and professional communication to clients during stressful situations

What You Need

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort speaking with clients over the phone and gathering sensitive information
  • Experience in intake, customer service, call centers, or legal environments is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work onsite in the Boston office
