Description
Propel Autism is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide transformative care for children with Autism in a collaborative, development-focused clinical environment.
- Conduct skills and behavior assessments
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
- Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients
- Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates
- Review session notes and client data to monitor progress and treatment fidelity
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours

Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Valid BCBA Certification
- Applicable license to practice within Georgia
- 1+ years of experience as a BCBA
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
