Description

Propel Autism is looking for passionate, results-oriented clinicians to provide transformative care for children with Autism. The role offers collaboration with highly-skilled team members in an environment focused on continuous development, clinical excellence, and compassionate care.

As a Center-based Clinical Supervisor you will:

  • Conduct skills and behavior assessments to understand clients
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
  • Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients
  • Supervise, support and mentor RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates
  • Review session notes and data to monitor progress and ensure treatment fidelity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
  • Provide parent training and caregiver support
  • Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours
