About The Role
The Safety and SQF Coordinator supports both the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Food Safety (SQF/BRC) programs across all regional sites. This role focuses on preparing facilities for audits, conducting inspections, supporting corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Reporting to the Safety, OSHA and Quality Manager, the role collaborates with Regional Managers and Site Leadership while supporting onsite assessments, training, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
EHS Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace inspections to identify chemical, physical, biological, ergonomic, and operational hazards.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce risks and prevent incidents.
- Support incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action follow-up.
- Educate employees on safety protocols, hazard recognition, and emergency response procedures.
- Prepare and deliver safety training programs.
- Promote a positive safety culture through coaching and engagement.
- Collect and analyze EHS data including incidents, near misses, and observations.
- Utilize EHS management software for monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and internal safety policies.
- Support continuous improvement of safety programs and site readiness.
SQF / Food Safety Responsibilities
- Conduct food-safety, sanitation, and hygiene inspections across warehouse operations.
- Maintain SQF documentation, verification records, supplier documentation, and corrective actions.
- Prepare facilities for SQF and customer audits.
- Support traceability exercises, mock recalls, hold/release checks, and allergen verification.
- Train employees on SQF basics, GMPs, hygiene standards, and food-safety procedures.
- Review CAPAs and verify implementation with the Quality team.
- Monitor housekeeping and sanitation processes.
- Assist with vendor approval, visitor management, and document control.
Multi-Site Support
- Travel frequently to warehouse locations to conduct assessments and support audits.
- Provide onsite support during customer, regulatory, and SQF audits.
- Ensure standardized processes across sites.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain audit readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Health Sciences, Food Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and regulatory compliance.
- Understanding of SQF, GMPs, food-safety programs, or HACCP concepts.
- Experience conducting workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Experience supporting documentation for quality or food-safety programs.
- Proficiency with EHS or quality management software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to design and deliver safety or food-safety training programs.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution environments preferred.
- Ability to support audit preparation and corrective actions.
- Comfort with document control, verification logs, traceability exercises, and SOPs.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Product Manager to ensure Interconnect components are ready to support new hardware launches. This role focuses on aligning component readiness with product timelines, identifying and mitigating supply risks, and enabling scalable, resilient component selection. Key job responsibilities Product Roadmap Alignment Partner with hardware engineering teams to ensure component readiness aligns with product development timelines. Track component level readiness across development phases (prototype to production) and identify gaps early. Drive alignment on mitigation plans to support successful product launches at scale. Early Design Influence Engage with engineering teams early in the concept or design phase for component selection decisions. Provide input on supply resilience, scalability, and qualification timelines. Help ensure designs are optimized for multi-sourcing and long-term supply continuity. BOM Risk Assessment & Mitigation (NPI to MP) including New, Unique, Difficult and Different (NUDD) Analyze bill of materials (BOM) to identify supply risks, including single/sole sourcing, supplier capacity constraints, manufacturing and technology dependencies, and lifecycle and end-of-life exposure. Work cross-functionally to drive mitigation plans and track progress to closure. Alternative Sourcing Owner of identifying high risk components, driving multiple source selection from cradle to grave in NUDD process. Partner with engineering and quality teams to enable early qualification of alternate components. Ensure alternative solutions are ready ahead of key development milestones. Resolve issues impacting product readiness. Risk Visibility & Reporting Develop clear visibility into component-level risks and mitigation status. Communicate updates on key risks and escalation items to stakeholders. Basic Qualifications Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Supply Chain, or related field 8+ years of experience in CSP, hardware, or supply chain roles Experience analyzing component level risks or bill of materials (BOM) Experience with cables, connector and sockets.
