Qualifications Required MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or related specialty. Active unrestricted physician license (multi-state licensure preferred). Minimum 5+ years of progressive physician leadership experience. Minimum 5+ years in post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, or multi-site healthcare operations. Demonstrated success improving clinical quality and operational performance. Preferred Experience serving as CMO, Regional Medical Director, or Senior Clinical Executive. Expertise with CMS quality measures, value-based reimbursement, and SNF regulatory environments. Experience leading geographically dispersed clinical teams. Familiarity with EMR optimization and clinical analytics.
