[solidcore] is looking for a Head Coach who is passionate about sharing the brand and workout experience. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Head Coach supports studio success while delivering a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the studio’s lead coach and maintain a schedule of 11 classes per week.
- Set expectations and provide leadership for new and existing coaches.
- Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
- Meet company utilization and retention expectations.
- Assist with day-to-day studio operations.
- Lead outreach and marketing initiatives to attract new clients and partnerships.
- Provide coach development, feedback, and support during trainings.
- Respond to client requests and resolve concerns effectively.
- Maintain product knowledge for retail operations, promotions, and apparel.
- Execute operational tasks including ordering supplies, inventory management, and sales logs.
- Ensure the studio and equipment remain clean and fully functional.
- Complete additional duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Permanent, exempt, full-time availability with a 40-hour work week.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to accommodate coach training schedules and business needs.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office, specifically Excel and Google Sheets.

- 1-2 years of prior group fitness experience.

- Ability to represent the brand and culture positively.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range: $65,047 - $72,365 per year.
