About the Team
We are a cross-functional engineering team responsible for building, operating, and continuously improving digital platforms that support our medical reinsurance business. Working at the intersection of engineering and business operations, we enable the delivery of reliable, scalable solutions for underwriting and claims workflows across the organisation.
Role Purpose
We are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join a mid-delivery program and take meaningful ownership of a business-critical platform. The system is a .NET C# MVC web application hosted on Azure, supporting underwriting and claims workflows for our medical reinsurance business. This is a role that requires both technical depth and strong delivery awareness — the program is currently in progress, and any transition needs to be managed carefully to maintain momentum and avoid disruption.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and maintain a .NET C# MVC web application hosted on Azure.
*Build and maintain RESTful APIs supporting underwriting and claims workflows.
*Contribute to architecture decisions and enforce standards for security and cloud operability.
*Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and continuity within an ongoing delivery program.
*Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into platform capabilities. *Monitor platform health and contribute to incident response.
*Design and implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
Your Skills
*Hands-on .NET and C# development experience (MVC web applications).
*Strong experience with Azure cloud services.
*API design and development (REST).
*CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
* Solid understanding of software delivery in regulated or enterprise environments.
*Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Agile/scrum experience with end-to-end ownership of work items.
Ideally, you also have
*Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services.
*Familiarity with underwriting or claims management systems.
*Experience joining and stabilising mid-delivery programs.
You will thrive here if you
Enjoy technical depth alongside real business impact. Think in systems and adapt quickly as platforms evolve. Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders. Take ownership seriously and care about delivery continuity.
What you can expect from us
*30 paid days off per year.
*Flexible benefits budget for personal or professional development.
*Comprehensive private healthcare for you and your family, including rehabilitation, psychotherapy, and dental.
*Home office allowance for a comfortable remote setup.
*Work from anywhere in Poland, with access to our modern Warsaw office and occasional travel to Switzerland.
