Travel is required for some team meetings and cross-functional projects. Some roles may require travel up to 90% of the time.

About the Opportunity

Cleerly is seeking a highly accomplished Director, Corporate Accounts to lead enterprise-level commercial engagement with the largest Integrated Delivery Networks, health systems, and hospital organizations in the United States.

This senior national role is responsible for opening, developing, contracting, and expanding strategic IDN relationships that accelerate company growth.

The role focuses on national IDN strategy, enterprise contracting, committed-volume agreements, and strategic agreements that create opportunities for local hospital sales teams to drive site-level adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national corporate account strategy targeting major IDNs and hospital systems.
  • Build executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders, cardiovascular and imaging executives, supply chain, contracting, finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead the enterprise sales process from discovery through negotiation, contracting, and close.
  • Secure national IDN and hospital system agreements that drive recurring revenue and strategic account growth.
  • Expand existing IDN relationships across additional sites, service lines, and enterprise opportunities.
  • Drive enterprise subscription and committed-volume agreements.
  • Partner with local hospital sales representatives to create opportunities and enable adoption.
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Sales Leadership, Implementation, Marketing, Market Access, Legal, and Sales Operations teams.
  • Navigate complex IDN buying processes including contracting, legal, IT/security review, and executive approvals.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of national IDN opportunities and strategic account plans.
  • Represent Cleerly externally as a senior commercial leader engaging health system executives.

Performance Measures

  • New contracted IDNs and hospital systems.
  • Annual recurring revenue from national IDN agreements.
  • Committed CCTA volume secured through enterprise agreements.
  • Total contract value closed.
  • Expansion revenue within existing accounts.
  • Quality of opportunities created for field sales teams.
  • Forecast accuracy and pipeline progression.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise healthcare sales or strategic account leadership experience.
  • Experience selling into large IDNs, hospital systems, or academic medical centers.
  • Strong relationships with national IDN leaders and decision-makers.
  • Experience closing complex healthcare enterprise agreements.
  • Experience selling medtech, healthcare AI, imaging, diagnostics, SaaS, cardiology, radiology, or digital health solutions.
  • Understanding of healthcare purchasing, contracting, and implementation processes.
  • Experience navigating executive, operational, legal, finance, and IT stakeholders.
  • Ability to build ROI models and executive presentations.
  • Experience managing strategic account plans and enterprise deal cycles.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across sales and operational teams.
  • Strong executive communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling cardiovascular, radiology, imaging, AI-enabled clinical decision support, or advanced diagnostic solutions.
  • Experience with CCTA, coronary artery disease, population health, or value-based care.
  • Experience creating national agreements that enabled local field sales adoption.
  • Experience in a high-growth healthcare technology company.
  • Familiarity with market access and clinical workflow integration.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $175,000 - $225,000
  • Commission: $125,000
  • Total Target Compensation: $300,000 - $350,000
