Senior Director, Business Optimization (Print Practice Group)

This position is fully onsite at the Santa Ana office, supporting real-time collaboration and teamwork.
Who You Are
As a Senior Director, you will leverage your management consulting background and critical thinking skills to influence, negotiate, implement, and manage cost reduction solutions for clients. You will provide leadership for your team, evaluate client situations, and partner with expense area experts to analyze and negotiate pricing. The role is responsible for execution of Practice Group strategy, financial goals, and team development.
What You'll Do
- Meet or exceed department and personal KPI goals
- Sell new projects and renewal contracts to existing clients
- Build relationships with C Suite executives
- Identify and deliver new value to clients
- Maximize client savings and account retention
- Maintain C-level engagement through regular in-person meetings
- Identify, track, manage, and resolve project issues
- Establish and maintain performance dashboards
- Lead and mentor 2-4 direct reports
- Foster personal and professional staff growth
- Build collaborative relationships across operational groups
- Coordinate internal resources to keep projects moving
- Lead company and department improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to execute client initiatives
- Ensure client compliance with service agreements
What You Need
- Bachelor's Degree
- 11-15 years of expense reduction consulting experience
- 4+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Print industry experience is a strong plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Ability to lead complex projects on time
- Experience building relationships among clients and team members
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proven ability to deliver results
