We are recruiting for clinical positions as well as an academic leadership team for the new Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship program. Our new compensation plan has an annual salary range of $403k - $462k. We are also offering starting bonuses or fellowship stipends up to $50,000.

Compensation
- Starting Bonus: $25k for one year full-time commitment and $50k for two year full-time W2 positions
- Fellowship Stipend: $2,000k per month available for up to 18 months
- W2: $200/hr + $12 per RVU including 10% QSP (QSP guaranteed at 100% for first 90 days)
- 1099: $210/hr + $12 per RVU including 10% QSP (QSP guaranteed at 100% for first 90 days)
- QSP: Quality Service Performance metrics pay is based on national, hospital-specific, and group membership measures
- Shift Buydown: opportunity for shift buydown with academic leadership roles

With approximately 14,000 annual ED visits, physicians enjoy a balanced patient volume—allowing for meaningful, high-acuity practice while maintaining a strong focus on patient-centered care.
