The Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate React Team Lead to lead the development of modern, scalable web applications. You will guide a team of React developers, enforce best practices in frontend architecture and design patterns, and ensure delivery of high-performance user interfaces. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in React (including Hooks and Context API), Redux, and frontend design patterns, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of React developers through code reviews, 1:1s, and hands-on coaching. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and prioritize features. Own and manage sprint planning, task estimation, and delivery timelines for the frontend team. Architect and implement complex user interfaces using React, Hooks, and Context API. Maintain and evolve a scalable state management solution using Redux Toolkit. Enforce modern frontend design patterns (such as container/presenter, compound components, render props, and HOCs). Build reusable component libraries and maintain design system alignment. Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Drive best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation. Maintain high unit and integration test coverage (e.g., using Jest, React Testing Library). Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and evaluate new tools/libraries as needed.
