Description

The Western US Facilities Manager, based in San Francisco or LA County, is part of the Facilities Management & Construction team and reports to the Sr. Manager – Facilities Management & Construction – US. The role directs and manages operational efficiency across West Coast locations, ensuring facilities are compliant and well maintained.

Responsibilities include developing long-term upgrade plans for mechanical and electrical equipment, administering preventive maintenance programs, supporting commissioning for new and remodeled stores, and supervising routine and emergency repairs while ensuring compliance with regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee FM&C projects, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure systems
  • Diagnose and assist with routine HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
  • Manage CMMS platform, track KPIs, and ensure SLAs are met
  • Manage agency-related citations (DOH, DOB, DOA, EPA, etc.) and ensure timely remediation
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and policies
  • Support all phases of construction projects from planning and design to commissioning
  • Prepare business cases and assist with bids and contracting processes
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and consultants
  • Assist with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control

The Role and Responsibilities This is a player-coach position designed for a leader who loves the craft of product management as much as the art of people leadership. You will be responsible for both the high-level strategy of our growth ecosystem and the hands-on execution of our next-generation CRM. Team Leadership (Coach): Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of 3 Product Managers. You will hold a high bar, help them think bigger, push their creative boundaries, and navigate complex product challenges to improve our existing automation and sales tools. Product Execution (Player): Directly lead a dedicated squad to envision, build, and launch a unified CRM. You'll take three separate solutions and weave them into a seamless experience that drives client retention. GTM Collaboration: Partner closely with Go-To-Market teams to package, price, and position the CRM solution for maximum market impact.
