Support installation and configuration tasks for network components. Collaborate with other domains during incidents and deployments. Requirements that must be met: Understanding of networking concepts (OSI model, VLANs, IP addressing, routing). Familiarity with Cisco CLI and network device interfaces. Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Solarwinds, NetBrain, Splunk). Knowledge of VPN technologies and remote access troubleshooting. Ability to interpret logs and connectivity issues.
