[solidcore] is looking for a Head Coach who is passionate about sharing the brand and workout. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Head Coach supports the studio’s success while contributing to the company’s mission to be a leading boutique fitness studio. The Head Coach is expected to role model exceptional coaching qualities and coach an average of eight (8) classes per week.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the studio’s lead coach, maintaining a full schedule of 8 classes per week.
- Set expectations for new and existing coaches.
- Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience consistent with brand standards.
- Meet utilization and retention expectations individually and for the studio.
- Assist with day-to-day studio operations under the Area Manager’s direction.
- Lead outreach and marketing efforts to attract new clients and build community partnerships.
- Provide coach development, deliver feedback, and support new coach trainings in person.
- Respond to client requests and resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain product knowledge for retail operations, including class packages, promotions, and apparel.
- Execute operational tasks such as ordering supplies, conducting inventory, and maintaining sales logs.
- Ensure the studio and equipment remain clean and fully functional.
- Complete additional duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week including 8 coached classes).
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Google Sheets).
- 1–2 years of prior group fitness experience.
- Ability to lead high-energy classes using a microphone.
- Strong client relations and communication skills.
