Overview

Candidates located in or near the Twin Cities area are expected to work on a hybrid schedule 3 days a week in the Chaska, Minnesota office.

The Project Manager is responsible for successfully managing the delivery of professional services for assigned customers and projects of various dollar values and durations. Project Managers service multiple customers and are responsible for key milestones and day-to-day interfacing with customers and vendor partners to ensure project-specific milestones are achieved.

Your Impact

  • Develop comprehensive project plans including critical path and associated timelines
  • Plan and manage change, issue, and risk processes
  • Coordinate quality control and cross-department communication
  • Maintain and improve customer relations in collaboration with Account Executives
  • Manage project financials including costs and margins
  • Oversee project execution and deliverables
  • Manage vendor partner activities and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate kickoff, project review, and closeout meetings
  • Complete project evaluations for administrators and contributors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • 3 to 5 years of Project Coordination experience in IT deployment, remodel/construction, physical layer, or related field
  • Broad understanding of LAN/WAN environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools
  • Ability to manage risks, issues, and process improvements
  • Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
  • Experience with low voltage and high voltage services is a plus
  • Relevant certifications are a plus

Position Specifics

The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $55,000 and $60,000 annually. Final base salary will be determined by factors including experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Additional compensation may include commissions and discretionary bonuses.
