Project

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer who is passionate about modern software development and AI-assisted engineering. You will work on backend solutions while actively leveraging AI tools and helping shape the way AI is used across the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java
Use AI tools such as Codex and Claude as part of the daily development process
Contribute to establishing and improving AI-assisted development practices
Support the adoption of AI-driven workflows across engineering teams
Collaborate with developers, testers, and analysts to improve productivity and software delivery processes
Identify opportunities to automate work using AI tools, workflows, and MCP servers
Share knowledge and best practices related to AI-assisted software development

Expected competences and knowledge

3+ years of commercial software development experience
Fluent work with AI tools such as Codex and Claude
Experience in setting up AI-assisted development processes
Ability to explain how MCP servers can automate work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent learning ability and curiosity about emerging technologies
Good communication and collaboration skills
