Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Satellite Controller to join our Flight Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operations of spacecraft, supporting all mission phases from satellite development to launch and then through routine operations and anomaly resolution.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge satellite missions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute spacecraft operations by performing Flight Operations Procedures (FOPs) from the mission control center
Support the development, coding, validation, and maintenance of operational procedures

Participate in pre-launch activities, including:
System Validation Tests (SVTs) with spacecraft or simulators
Ground segment validation campaigns
Monitor spacecraft health and status, ensuring compliance with mission constraints
Identify, investigate, and escalate spacecraft anomalies in accordance with established protocols
Execute contingency and recovery procedures following anomaly resolution approval
Support mission readiness activities, including simulations and training campaigns
Maintain accurate operational logs and contribute to post-operations reporting
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a control centre environment (space or comparable high-reliability industry), or in aerospace testing (hardware and/or software)

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving
Ability to operate effectively under pressure in time-critical situations

Willingness to work in shift patterns in a control center located in Warsaw, including critical mission phases such as LEOP (Launch and Early Orbit Phase)
Commitment to training and certification for flight operations
