The Technology Data and Intelligence (TDI) team is dedicated to boosting internal efficiency through the implementation of secure, scalable, and innovative systems. We are seeking an independent Senior Software Engineer to join the Sales and Partners Technology Team. In this role, you will be the technical anchor for the partner ecosystem technology, balancing core software engineering excellence with deep specialization in the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform, IMPartner. Your primary focus will be on maintaining, enhancing, and expanding the capabilities of the IMPartner platform and ensuring its seamless, secure integration with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design and Architecture: Architect and design secure, scalable solutions by translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs leveraging IMPartner and its integration with Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Salesforce, partner portals, and cross-functional downstream systems to ensure seamless data flow (partner accounts and contacts, accreditation and certification, partner badges, program benefit administration, deal registration, program performance, and pipeline visibility).
  • Technical Implementation: Lead the translation of user stories into robust, scalable technical designs and own end-to-end execution of features.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Ensure 100% unit test coverage and maintain an automated regression test suite.
  • Code and Peer Mentorship: Conduct Pull Request reviews to maintain high code quality and consistency.
  • Deployment and Release Support: Manage the deployment cycle, document changes, secure Jira approvals, resolve environment-specific issues, and validate in Production.
  • Global Collaboration & Ownership: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional, global teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of PRM platforms (experience with IMPartner is a plus).
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Process/Flow Automations, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • 1–2 years of general software engineering experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • In-depth knowledge of partner lifecycle management, deal registration, and incentive programs.
  • Expertise in AI agent frameworks, orchestration techniques, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and vector search methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security features, data privacy regulations, and secure solution development best practices.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive technical direction and mentor team members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Official IMPartner training.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or Technical Architect.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS technology company.
