Senior Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer for a project in the banking sector. The role involves building and developing enterprise-class systems in an Agile environment, with a strong focus on code quality and modern development standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in object-oriented programming, including at least 3 years working with Java, Spring and Groovy.
• Practical knowledge of Git and work organization methods such as GitFlow and Trunk Development.
• Experience with Maven, Jenkins (CI/CD), Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Apache Kafka.
• Experience with ELK Stack, particularly Elasticsearch, and Grafana.
• Experience with static code analysis tools (e.g. SonarQube).
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Spock or similar).
• Experience with Java development environments (e.g. IntelliJ IDEA).
• Knowledge of REST communication.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work in teams focused on delivering business goals.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Nemo.
• Basic knowledge of BPM processes.
• Ability to work with BPMN notation.
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD).
• Additional experience in the banking sector and understanding of banking systems.
• Experience in managing deployments and maintaining test environments.
• Experience working on large-scale projects and managing extensive codebases.
• Experience in code refactoring and applying advanced design patterns.
