Senior Python Developer

Description

BigTime is looking for a Senior Python Developer to join a team in Wrocław building the future of AI-powered software. You will collaborate extensively to design, build, and test functionality in a cloud-based system, working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture and delivery for AI-powered systems
• Develop the web application written in Python with supporting languages, tools, and frameworks
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Build AI and agentic workflows using LLMs, MCP and A2A
• Design scalable, secure and observable AI services
• Explore new AI technologies and bring ideas into production

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven experience as a Python Developer
• Strong experience with distributed systems and SaaS applications
• Hands-on experience with modern backend technologies and cloud platforms
• Experience with AI/LLM systems or strong interest in agentic AI
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
