What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Around 3 years of experience (commercial or from side projects/internships) in PHP development.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.
  • Some experience with PHP 8+ frameworks (preferably Symfony or Laravel).
  • Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
  • Basic knowledge of Git (version control) and REST API integrations.
  • Willingness to learn testing (PHPUnit) and asynchronous processing.
  • English at a minimum B2 level – to communicate smoothly with teammates and international clients.
  • Polish language at a communicative level (internal meetings are often in Polish).

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Interest in learning Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Hexagonal Architecture.
  • Curiosity about AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code etc.) and how they can improve your coding process.
