Around 3 years of experience (commercial or from side projects/internships) in PHP development.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.
Some experience with PHP 8+ frameworks (preferably Symfony or Laravel).
Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
Basic knowledge of Git (version control) and REST API integrations.
Willingness to learn testing (PHPUnit) and asynchronous processing.
English at a minimum B2 level – to communicate smoothly with teammates and international clients.
Polish language at a communicative level (internal meetings are often in Polish).
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Interest in learning Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Hexagonal Architecture.
Curiosity about AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code etc.) and how they can improve your coding process.
