What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners via telephone to assess garage door needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Take ownership of the sales process from first contact to final follow-up.
• Generate and pursue new leads via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Provide accurate, competitive estimates for service, remodels, and installations.
• Recommend upgrades and accessories that enhance safety, function, and style.
• Serve as the go-to expert and main point of contact throughout the entire project.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain detailed customer records and follow-up using ServiceTitan.
• Support your peers and help the team achieve collective success.
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in the trades or home services industry.
• Passion for customer service and building long-term client relationships.
• Strong project management skills (preferred).
• Experience using ServiceTitan or willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to perform office-based duties.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
