How you will achieve success:

  • Actively manage workers’ compensation claims, utilize modified duty programs, ensure timely reporting, and drive cost reduction trends.

What experiences will help you in this role:

  • 3+ years of safety or EHS experience in production, warehouse, distribution center, or e-fulfillment environments.
  • Formal regulatory experience including OSHA 300 logs, complaint handling, and onsite support.

  • Direct experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
  • Proven ability to independently own and execute integrated safety programs without dedicated Safety Supervisor support.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent floor-level presence, spending significant time on the warehouse floor.

What you can expect:

  • Flexible work culture with generous vacation policy, paid parental leave, and additional paid time off benefits.
  • Recognition programs and milestone rewards.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, telehealth, and mental health resources.
  • Opportunities for community involvement with paid time off for social impact activities.
