About the job

Allegro’s development teams include over 1700 IT experts solving problems at a unique scale and complexity. You will join a specific team operating like a small, agile startup within a large organization. The team, based mostly in Warsaw, consists of six skilled developers and a dedicated Product Manager, working in a mature Scrum environment with high development standards.

We are a full-stack team handling UI frontend, backend services, and large-scale data processing. The main focus is the One Account initiative – a strategic transformation migrating from a fragmented, account-centric legacy architecture to a unified, company-level platform. The team integrates AI-driven tools into daily workflows and development processes to optimize productivity and innovation, building a scalable, future-proof platform for the entire ecosystem.

Requirements

Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin
Willingness to work on frontend components when needed
Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
Ability to design effective technical solutions for business challenges
Active participation in code reviews and knowledge sharing
Continuous learning mindset
English level B2+
Availability to travel between Warsaw and Poznań once a quarter
