Description

You will act as a technical pillar within the Lab, implementing high-standard code and sophisticated system designs, mentoring peers, and leading in-depth code reviews.

You will design and deploy distributed systems and multi-agent architectures that automate complex engineering tasks, owning architectural decisions related to build vs. integrate strategies.

You will evaluate and prototype LLMs, Agentic frameworks, and Model Context Protocols (MCPs), transforming AI advancements into production-ready tools.

You will take responsibility for the full development lifecycle, from initial concept and API integration to production deployment and long-term scalability.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to align innovations with the broader roadmap and deliver measurable ROI.

Requirements

Proven ability to evaluate third-party tools and vendor solutions versus custom-built software
High proficiency in Python (mandatory)
Significant experience with at least one of: Java, Go, TypeScript, Scala
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production environments
Ability to define technical roadmaps and drive maintainable, high-performance design decisions
C1 level English
C1 level Polish

Nice to Have

Experience building internal developer tools
Experience with custom Model Context Protocols (MCPs)
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, AutoGen, Agent Development Kit)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with ad-tech industry and real-time bidding (RTB) systems
