You'll be joining our Marketing team - a solid crew of people who've been working together long enough to have things figured out. We've got an experienced developer, a Scrum Master, SEO specialists, sales support folks, and designers who handle wireframes and mockups for everything that goes live on the site.
The team runs smoothly, processes are in place, tasks are well-organized, and everyone knows how things work. It's a great environment to grow in: no chaos, no guesswork, just good work with people who know what they're doing.

Your responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining the company website built on WordPress, with support from a senior developer.

  • Working on a custom WordPress theme - no Elementor, no Divi, no page builders.

  • Building and modifying pages and components based on Adobe XD mockups.

  • Working with ACF - managing and extending existing fields, field groups, and content structures.

  • Working with Gutenberg - handling blocks, modifying existing solutions, and building new ones.

  • Ensuring the site looks great across all screen sizes and resolutions.

  • Working within an existing WPML setup in a multilingual environment.

  • Debugging issues across WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, ACF, WPML, and the frontend layer - with a more experienced developer by your side.

  • Supporting integrations with external APIs.

  • Improving existing code for quality, stability, and maintainability.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team on day-to-day technical tasks.

  • Optimizing the site for SEO and page speed based on input from the SEO team.

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • Hands-on experience with WordPress custom themes.

  • Solid understanding of PHP in a WordPress context.

  • Practical knowledge of ACF and Gutenberg.

  • Good command of HTML, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript.

  • Ability to translate Adobe XD mockups into working code.

  • Experience debugging technical issues.

  • Comfort working with existing codebases and extending live projects.

  • Familiarity with WordPress performance optimization (SEO and page speed).

  • Clean, readable, maintainable code - it matters to you.

  • Attention to detail, good communication, and a sense of ownership over your work.

This role exists to drive that platform forward, technically, operationally, and collaboratively. You'll work at the intersection of engineering rigour and business impact, partnering closely with marketing and brand teams while owning the platform end to end. This ecosystem will keep changing as new MarTech tools are adopted and others retired, so part of the role is building working expertise in new tools quickly rather than relying on prior exposure to any specific one.
