Junior Full Stack Developer (Java + React)

We are currently recruiting for a key banking project delivered in a 100% remote model, with occasional short trips to Germany for team meetings. The project focuses on creating and developing various account opening processes for both existing and new customers.

Responsibilities

• Estimating the complexity of user stories during refinement sessions
• Implementing user stories mainly in Java and/or TypeScript
• Customizing BPM files based on requirements
• Reviewing and approving team members’ pull requests
• Analyzing production incidents and preparing fixes
• Supporting the release process (creating and deploying releases)
• Adjusting CI/CD pipelines when needed

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience
• Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, React
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot
• Higher education in a technical/IT field
• Communicative English and Polish (spoken and written)
• Willingness to participate in short business trips abroad (quarterly, for a few days)
