About The Opportunity

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to support multi-specialty clinical services across several outpatient senior-care centers in the Inland Empire.

This individual will be cross-trained across all specialties — dental, optometry, podiatry, and audiology — and the role will not involve a high volume of dental work. While some dental support is required, the majority of the work involves assisting providers across multiple disciplines.

Because of this, the role is not ideal for a brand-new graduate, but someone with lighter dental experience who is adaptable and eager to learn may be an excellent fit. Full cross-training is provided for the right candidate.

If you're looking for meaningful, mission-driven work with predictable scheduling and strong team support, this opportunity could be a great match.

The Setting

This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model serving seniors living independently throughout the Inland Empire.

  • Clinic staff are on-site full time
  • Organized scheduling and patient flow
  • Coordinated, team-based care environment
  • Value-based model focused on seniors
  • CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics

Your focus stays on supporting high-quality patient care—not administrative burden.

What You'll Do

  • Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures
  • Support optometry, podiatry, and audiology providers after cross-training
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
  • Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
  • Assist with patient intake, documentation, and basic administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
  • Travel between assigned centers with mileage reimbursement and travel pay

  • Long-term clinic partnerships
  • Ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery

  • Dental Assistant experience required (not ideal for new grads)
  • Certification or registration required if applicable in California
