Description

A facility in Iowa needs a locums hospitalist to provide leave coverage starting soon. The schedule includes day shifts from 7 am to 7 pm with weekend night call coverage. The provider will manage an average daily census of 13 - 16 patients (range 8 - 24), split between two providers, in a hospital setting. An eHospitalist is available overnight for critical patients only. ICU experience is required, and hospitalists are expected to run codes. Pediatrics experience is a plus but not required.
