Role Highlights

50/50 split between administrative and clinical duties
Manage a patient panel of 225 patients
Leadership meetings and physician coaching
Handle unresolved patient issues and support community outreach
On-site lab and pharmacy
Patient concierge services including transportation and prescription delivery
