As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will join our engineering team and help build and operate a cutting-edge solution for our client, a company that designs, builds, and operates advanced registry systems used by organizations worldwide.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining modern cloud and on-premises infrastructure. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable environments while driving DevOps best practices across the organization.

This is a 6-month engagement with the possibility of extension.

Your Daily Missions

  • Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure across Azure and on-premises environments.

  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and modern automation practices.

  • Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and on-premises Kubernetes environments.

  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

  • Create, optimize, and manage Docker containers and container images.

  • Design, author, and maintain Helm charts for Kubernetes-based applications.

  • Implement and manage GitOps workflows using Argo CD or similar tools.

  • Configure and maintain secrets management solutions such as Azure Key Vault, HashiCorp Vault, or equivalent.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability using observability platforms such as ELK Stack, LGTM Stack, or similar solutions.

  • Collaborate with software engineers to improve deployment processes, system performance, and operational excellence.

  • Troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and applications.

The Essentials We’re Seeking

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps.

  • Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2+ level).

  • Strong experience managing hybrid infrastructure environments, including Azure and on-premises systems.

  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including AKS and on-premises clusters.

  • Strong Terraform skills and experience with Infrastructure as Code practices.

  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps YAML pipelines or equivalent solutions.

  • Experience with Docker, Dockerfile authoring, and container image management.

  • Experience creating and maintaining Helm charts.

  • Experience with secrets management solutions such as Azure Key Vault, HashiCorp Vault, or equivalent.

  • Experience working with observability platforms such as ELK Stack, LGTM Stack, or equivalent.

  • Scripting experience using Bash, Python, PowerShell, or equivalent.
