Functional QA (w/ Robot Framework)

We require a Funcional Tester with some experience in Robot Framework, working collaboratively with the existing team to enhance and ultimately manage the test process.

Main Responsibilities

• Execute functional and regression testing activities for the pension administration system.

• Design, create, and maintain test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements.

• Collaborate closely with the test automation engineer and gradually contribute to the development and enhancement of automated regression tests using Robot Framework.

• Ensure the quality, reliability, and accuracy of testing processes.

• Participate in test planning, test execution, and test strategy discussions.

• Document test cases, test results, and defects clearly and consistently.

• Identify, report, and help troubleshoot issues found during manual and automated testing activities.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process and contribute to the expansion of test automation coverage.

Key Requirements

• At least 3/4 years of experience in software testing, with strong knowledge of functional and regression testing.

• Exposure to or a strong interest in test automation, with willingness to develop skills in Robot Framework.

• Experience with Robot Framework is desirable.

• Good communication skills in English (mandatory); Dutch is a plus.

• Proactive mindset, self-starting attitude, and strong organizational skills.

• Experience in financial services, particularly pensions or life insurance, is an advantage.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute to quality assurance best practices.
