Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated UI and API acceptance tests for a commercial application.

  • Design, build, and maintain test execution pipelines, ensuring repeatable and reliable test runs.

  • Create and maintain Grafana dashboards and implement observability as a quality gate.

  • Review and improve existing test automation within HPC clusters in collaboration with QA engineers.

  • Implement module usage monitoring for the HPC Toolbox, including Lmod hooks, log collection, and Grafana visualization.

  • Develop and maintain baseline tests for HPC Toolbox modules and update the module inventory based on test results.

  • Set up and maintain test infrastructure, including base images, filesystem access, and Linux-based environments.

  • Support contract testing implementation and Robot Framework migration, while ensuring observability alignment across microservices.

Requirements:

  • Experience in UI and API test automation for commercial applications.

  • Knowledge of Robot Framework and the ability to develop UI, API, and SSH automated tests.

  • Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitHub Actions.

  • Knowledge of observability practices and experience creating Grafana dashboards.

  • Basic DevOps and Linux administration skills, including working with remote Linux machines.

  • Experience with or willingness to work in High Performance Computing (HPC) environments, including multi-cluster setups.

  • Knowledge of contract testing frameworks, such as Pact or Spring Cloud Contract.

  • Strong Business Analysis and analytical skills, enabling test flow definition and risk-based prioritization
