Senior Product Manager, AI-Native
Senior • Remote
15,000 - 30,000 PLN
About the role
Rimthan is a corporate venture builder operating across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. We launch ventures with regional partners and act as the product, design, and engineering muscle behind them. We are looking for a Senior PM who is genuinely AI-native, an expert prototyper, and obsessed with execution. You will own product surface area on one of our ventures, working hand in hand with venture building, engineering, design, and UX research, and you will use AI to compress the distance between idea and working software to days, not weeks.
This is a role for someone comfortable being uncomfortable. The pace is fast, the environment is hands-on, and we expect you to get shit done. Reports to our Chief Product and Design Officer, Marcus Wiberg.
What you will do
Own outcomes. Take a problem from fuzzy ask to validated, shipped solution. You define the bet, the success criteria, and what would make us kill it.
Prototype, fast. Stand up working prototypes in hours using Claude, Cursor, v0, Figma Make, Lovable, Replit, and whatever comes next. Bring something testable to every conversation.
Spend your time on the right things. Use agentic workflows to automate the work that does not need you (PRD drafts, ticket grooming, competitive scans, support analysis) so you can spend most of your time on discovery and stakeholder alignment.
Run discovery with UX research. Talk to users weekly, run assumption tests, keep the team honest about what is validated and what is still a guess.
Communicate and align. Drive clarity across venture building, engineering, design, research, leadership, and partners. Strong written and verbal communication is non-negotiable.
Ship. Push features to production and iterate on the metrics.
Who you are
5 to 8 years in product management, with a track record of shipping products real users use.
Expert at vibe coding. You can put a working prototype in front of a user without waiting for an engineer.
Deep, hands-on user of Claude. You have pushed the tool well past chat: chained tools, MCP integrations, custom agents, evals, or workflows that do real work for you and your team.
Strong communicator. You make complex things clear, fast, in writing and in the room.
Strong collaborator across disciplines. You partner naturally with venture builders, engineers, designers, and researchers, and you know how to get the best out of each.
Entrepreneurial and creative under constraint. You take ownership without being asked, you finish things, and you find the path others miss when time or scope is tight.
Hands-on by default. You execute, you get shit done, and you thrive in fast-paced ambiguity.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Big pluses
Previous experience working in the GCC. You understand the regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business landscape in Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf.
Arabic. Useful given where we operate, optional otherwise.
Founder or entrepreneur background. You have started something of your own, run it, and lived with the consequences. You know what it feels like to own a problem end to end.
Software house, consultancy, or agency experience. You already know how to context-switch across clients, ship under fixed timelines, and deliver work that holds up to outside scrutiny.
Engineering background. Not required, but a massive advantage. If you can pair with engineers as a peer on technical decisions, we want to hear from you.
What we offer
Real ownership of a product line inside a venture being built and scaled in real time.
A team that already operates as AI-native. No fight to use Claude, Cursor, or new tools as they emerge.
Direct access to executives at Rimthan and our partner organisations. Decisions happen fast.
Competitive compensation and a high-trust, low-bureaucracy environment.
20 days of paid time off, including some recognised public holidays.
Travel may occasionally be required. It is rare, and we cover flights and accommodation when it happens.

Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer

Krakow, Poland
22,000 - 30,000 PLN
🏢 Summary: Senior hands-on DevOps/Platform Engineer role owning a multi-cloud, multi-region Kubernetes platform across GCP and OCI. The position focuses on architecting GitOps delivery pipelines, strengthening security and secrets management, and ensuring high availability, observability, and disaster recovery. You will codify infrastructure as code and enhance developer experience through automation and self-service platform capabilities. 🗂️ Requirements: Strong production experience with Kubernetes at scale, Proven expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices, Hands-on experience with GitOps using ArgoCD or equivalent, Experience implementing progressive delivery patterns, Solid experience with secrets management and identity systems, Experience operating managed PostgreSQL and Redis in production, Practical experience with observability and monitoring stacks, Ability to manage multi-cloud environments, Experience designing and testing disaster recovery and failover setups, Strong security-focused operational mindset 📃 Skills: Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD, ArgoRollouts, GitHubActions, Istio, Vault, Keycloak, ESO, PostgreSQL, Redis, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, GCP, OCI 🏢 Description: Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer Rimthan — AI Venture Builder Remote · Distributed team (Europe + KSA) About Rimthan Rimthan is a Saudi-based AI venture builder. We design, build, and operate AI products end to end. We run a lean, distributed engineering team that ships fast and favours self-hosted, open-source tooling we control over opaque SaaS. We're building serious infrastructure for the Kingdom and beyond, and we need a platform engineer who treats reliability, security, and developer experience as first-class products. The Role You'll join the platform team that owns the infrastructure our products run on: a multi-cloud, multi-region Kubernetes estate spanning GCP (Dammam) and OCI (Jeddah). This is a hands-on senior role — you'll architect the GitOps and delivery pipelines, harden our service mesh and secrets posture, and make sure the developers building on top of your work barely have to think about infrastructure. You won't be a one-person army: you'll work alongside other platform and application engineers, sharing ownership and on-call rather than carrying it all alone. If you like owning systems rather than tickets, and you want a stack with no legacy baggage, this is for you. What You'll Work On Multi-cloud, multi-region: GCP and OCI across a multi-project layout, including a credible, tested failover story between the two. Infrastructure as Code: Terraform for cloud resources; Helm and Kustomize for Kubernetes workloads. Everything reproducible, reviewed, and versioned. Orchestration: Kubernetes across both clouds — Helm-packaged workloads, HPA-driven autoscaling, sensible resource and capacity management. Service mesh: Istio for traffic management, mTLS, and observability at the network layer. GitOps & progressive delivery: ArgoCD as the source of truth for cluster state, Argo Rollouts for canary and blue-green deploys, GitHub Actions for CI. Secrets & identity: HashiCorp Vault as the secrets backbone, External Secrets Operator to sync into clusters, and Keycloak for SSO and identity across our services. Data platform: Cloud SQL for PostgreSQL 17/18 and Memorystore for Redis 7, supporting application teams who use Drizzle ORM with a forward-only migration discipline. Observability: The full Grafana LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir) for logs, dashboards, traces, and metrics. Responsibilities Design and operate the production and DR Kubernetes platform, owning availability, scaling, and the GCP→OCI failover path. Build and maintain GitOps delivery pipelines that let teams ship safely with progressive rollout and fast rollback. Manage the secrets and identity layer (Vault, ESO, Keycloak) and keep our security posture tight across both clouds. Codify all infrastructure in Terraform/Helm/Kustomize and drive consistency across projects and environments. Run the observability stack and turn signals into actionable alerts and SLOs — not dashboard noise. Partner with application engineers on the data layer: connection management, performance, and a clean forward-only migration workflow. Improve developer experience: reduce toil, automate onboarding, and make the platform self-service where it makes sense. What You Bring Must have Strong production experience operating Kubernetes at scale, including Helm and autoscaling. Deep Terraform skills and a real IaC discipline. Hands-on GitOps experience with ArgoCD (or equivalent) and progressive delivery patterns. Solid grounding in secrets management and identity — Vault, ESO, Keycloak or comparable tools. Experience with managed PostgreSQL and Redis and the operational concerns around them. Practical experience with observability , ideally the Grafana ecosystem (Loki/Tempo/Mimir/Grafana). A security-first mindset and comfort owning incidents end to end. Nice to have Multi-cloud experience, especially GCP and OCI together. Hands-on Istio or another service mesh in production. Experience designing and testing DR / failover across regions or clouds. Familiarity with Argo Rollouts specifically. Background supporting AI/ML or agentic workloads in production. Comfort working in a distributed, async, fast-moving team. How We Work Remote-first and distributed across European and KSA time zones — we expect meaningful overlap with the team's core hours. Open-source and self-hosted by default; you'll have real ownership of the tools you run. High autonomy, low bureaucracy, and a stack you can shape rather than inherit. Apply If this sounds like your kind of problem, reach out with your CV or profile and a few lines on a platform you've built or rescued. We'd love to hear from you.

Product Engineer- Backend background

14,900 - 21,000 PLN
🏢 Summary: Backend-focused Product Engineer role focused on building and owning hospitality software end-to-end, from technical discovery to production support. The position emphasizes backend architecture, distributed systems, AI-augmented development, and close collaboration with Product Managers. Engineers are expected to take ownership of technical solutions, quality, and continuous system improvement in a fully remote environment. 🗂️ Requirements: Strong commercial experience with PHP, Experience with Laravel or Symfony, Experience designing microservices and REST APIs, Knowledge of event-driven systems, Experience with MySQL or MariaDB, Experience with MongoDB, Experience with Redis, Experience with Docker, Experience with Kubernetes, Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Hands-on use of AI development tools, Communicative Polish, Communicative English, Ability to own projects end-to-end, Experience with backend architecture and distributed systems 📃 Skills: PHP, Laravel, Symfony, MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, CI/CD, REST, CQRS, RabbitMQ, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Claude, Cursor, Microservices, EventSourcing 🏢 Description: The ability to build software is no longer rare. AI has made execution accessible to almost everyone. What's rare now is judgment — knowing what to build, why it matters, and what it takes to see it through to real customer impact. The role At Profitroom we build hospitality software used by thousands of hotels and millions of guests. Engineers own initiatives end-to-end: from understanding the business problem, through technical discovery, implementation, release, and production. The PM steers direction. You own the technical solution — all of it. Your technical home is backend development: data models, business logic, APIs, distributed systems. You step outside it when AI and established patterns make it practical. When something genuinely exceeds your range, you recognise the call and make it — but "genuinely" is the key word. "The builder drives; the PM steers." This is what we mean when we say Product Engineer. Not a title — a way of working. What you'll own Backend services - designed, built, tested, and shipped by you Technical discovery: validate feasibility, identify constraints, and shape the approach before scope is locked End-to-end quality: merged code is the beginning, not the end- you stay on standby through hypercare AI-augmented development: Claude Code is our daily driver- MCP servers, custom agents, and internal tooling are part of the real workflow Close collaboration with Product Managers - you own the how, they own the what and why Continuous improvement: you leave systems better than you found them You'll enjoy collaborating with us if You've shipped things that survived contact with real users — and when bugs appeared, they were yours to fix You get restless when you don't understand why something is being built before you start building it Owning a problem end-to-end feels more natural than executing a fully-specified ticket AI tools feel like a natural extension of how you think and work — not something you use because someone told you to You have opinions about what quality actually means, and your answer doesn't start with "the QA team" You can explain a technical trade-off to a product manager and a business rationale to a senior engineer You ask "is this worth building at all?" before diving into how to build it Bonus points: You have a side project — something you built for yourself, for real users, or just because you had to You use AI tools on your own account, not just when your employer provides them You've built or worked with Event Sourcing / CQRS in a production system You've built an MCP server or Claude Code agent for a real workflow Probably not for you if: You're most comfortable when everything is fully specified before you start You consider testing someone else's job, or something you do after the feature is done Your hands-on AI experience is mostly autocomplete and the occasional PR summary Technical expectations PHP & Laravel / Symfony — strong commercial experience; you know the frameworks, not just the syntax Backend architecture — microservices, REST APIs, event-driven systems; you've designed things, not just implemented them Infrastructure & databases — MySQL (MariaDB), MongoDB, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD AI tooling — hands-on Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent in real development; bonus if you've built MCP servers or agents Communicative Polish and English — you work closely with PMs, QA, and other engineers Tech stack PHP, Laravel, Symfony, Claude Code, MCP servers, AI agents, MySQL / MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Microservices, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, REST API, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js. What comes with the collaboration Remote-first collaboration model International technology and product projects Flexible project collaboration setup Planned service breaks aligned with contract terms Opportunity to collaborate with experienced product and technology teams Opportunity to access selected knowledge-sharing initiatives Contract terms: B2B , Monthly compensation range: 15,000- 25,000 PLN net depending on experience and scope of responsibilities. If you're interested in a different type of collaboration than the one listed above, let us know in your application. We'll be happy to discuss the available options during the recruitment process. → Recruitment process Intro call with the Recruiter (up to 45 minutes). We cover your background, what you're looking for, and mutual fit, Technical Interview (up to 90 minutes). Expect concrete technical questions, a discussion of how you approach architecture and ownership, and how you actually use AI in your work. We care about judgment, not keyword recall.

🏢 Summary: Contract role for a senior engineer to rebuild a 401(k) plan administration platform from scratch with an AI-native foundation. The position involves end-to-end ownership of architecture and delivery across AWS infrastructure, Kotlin backend, and TypeScript frontend in close collaboration with US-based stakeholders. You will shape system design decisions and implement core financial domain logic in a greenfield environment. 🗂️ Requirements: 7+ years professional software engineering experience, Strong JVM backend experience (Kotlin, Java, or Scala) in production, Hands-on TypeScript frontend experience (React, Angular, or similar), Production experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure design, Experience designing non-trivial system architectures, IaC experience (Pulumi, Terraform, or CDK), Experience in regulated or transactional domains (fintech, payments, healthcare, insurance, ERP, billing), Ability to work with US East Coast time overlap, Fluent English, Experience using AI coding tools in daily workflow 📃 Skills: Kotlin, Java, Scala, TypeScript, React, Angular, AWS, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, ECS, Pulumi, Terraform, CDK, Claude, Cursor, CI/CD, Python 🏢 Description: Vecten | Client: US-based, retirement plan administration | Remote (Poland-based) | Contract / B2B We are an AI-native data and technology partner for private capital and healthcare. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Warsaw, we work with leading PE firms, VC funds, and healthcare organizations to build proprietary data infrastructure, deploy AI solutions, and drive AI-native transformation. Our clients manage a cumulative $210B+ in assets. Our average engagement runs five years. Our NPS sits above 80. We don't need to claim credibility — we can show it. We've also done to ourselves what we now do for clients. We've restructured our own company around AI — tools, policies, roles, delivery models. This isn't a pitch. It's a playbook we've already run, and we're hiring the engineers who will run it for others. - Financial Platform Rebuild - You'd be joining a small, senior team rebuilding a 401(k) plan administration platform from the ground up. The existing system was built and operated by a third party; the client is taking ownership and rebuilding it greenfield with a strong AI-native foundation. This is not a ticket-taking role. You'll sit in product conversations with business users, push back on requirements, propose architectural directions, and own end-to-end delivery from infrastructure to UI. The client is US-based with engineers on both coasts. Working hours need meaningful overlap with US East Coast (afternoon CET works well). What you'd be doing Designing and building the core platform: event processing for money math, plan configuration, eligibility rules, and the supporting services around them. Owning vertical slices end-to-end – AWS infrastructure, Kotlin backend, TypeScript frontend. Acting as a thought partner on architecture decisions still being made (IaC choice, service boundaries, data model). Interviewing internal subject-matter experts to translate domain knowledge into working software. Setting the bar for AI-native engineering practices – how the team uses Claude Code, Cursor, agents, and what good looks like. Logistics Engagement model: Contract via Vecten (B2B), initial 3–6 month commitment with strong likelihood of extension. Hardware: Vecten provides a managed, secured environment. Interview process: Vecten internal screen → tech screen with the client's tech lead → live coding session (likely screen-share, AI-assisted format) → culture call. Start: Ideally within 2–4 weeks. Must-have 7+ years of professional software engineering experience , with a meaningful track record of senior or staff-level work. Strong backend engineering on the JVM – Kotlin, Java, or Scala in production. Kotlin experience preferred; if you have strong Java/Scala and have shipped Kotlin on a side project, that works. Solid TypeScript on the frontend – React, Angular, or similar, enough to own UI slices without needing a dedicated frontend pair. Solid cloud infrastructure fundamentals – you've reasoned about networking, IAM, compute, and managed services for real systems and can defend the trade-offs. Architecture chops – you've designed non-trivial systems, can defend trade-offs, and are comfortable disagreeing when you think someone's wrong. English fluency – you'll be talking to business users and engineers daily. Strongly preferred AI-native fluency – you actively use Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent agents in your daily workflow. You can talk specifically about what you delegate, what you don't, and why. AWS in production – not just "deployed something once". Deep familiarity with VPCs, IAM, RDS, Lambda/ECS trade-offs on real workloads. IaC experience – Pulumi, Terraform, or CDK. Background in regulated or transactional domains – fintech, payments, healthcare, insurance, ERP, billing systems. Anything where audit trails, eligibility rules, and money math matter. Comfort working in greenfield ambiguity – you've been the second or third engineer on a platform before and know how to make progress when half the decisions aren't made yet. Nice to have Direct retirement / pensions / 401(k) experience – the unicorn profile. If you have it, lead with it. DevOps depth – you've owned CI/CD pipelines, observability stacks, and on-call rotations. Python data-stack background – likely to become relevant as analytics and reporting work comes online. What we're not asking for A specific number of years on Kotlin, AWS, or any one tool. We care about depth of judgment, not box-ticking. Front-end specialisation. You don't need to debate React Server Components – you need to ship working UI. Big-bank or HFT pedigree. This is retirement plan administration, not trading. Benefits Unrestricted AI Stack & Premium Gear: Fully paid licenses for Cursor, Claude Pro, etc. Work with a talented team redefining the global perception of Poland Flexible working hours and remote work options Comfortable office in central Warsaw with all essential tools Multisport card & private medical care A culture of feedback – evaluation meetings, mentoring, and career growth opportunities Frontier Engineering Culture: Build alongside elite engineers who are shipping systems that drive real investment decisions. Backed by continuous growth and a strong knowledge-sharing culture ( check our YouTube ). Sounds like a perfect place for you? Don’t hesitate to click apply and submit your application today!

27,720 - 31,080 PLN
🏢 Summary: The role focuses on engineering production-grade AI features such as semantic search, intelligent assistants, and automated risk scoring by integrating external AI providers into a cybersecurity platform. You will own the full lifecycle from prototype to reliable, monitored production services, primarily using Python on Azure. This position emphasizes robust software engineering practices over model research or training. 🗂️ Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience building production systems in Python, Expert-level Python programming skills, Experience with ML frameworks and libraries, Proven experience shipping and operating production software, Experience integrating external APIs in production environments, Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns, Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Experience with containerization using Docker, Understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG, Experience with unit and integration testing and mocking external services, Polish work permit, Professional proficiency in English 📃 Skills: Python, Azure, OpenAI, Anthropic, Docker, CI/CD, FastAPI, Flask, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, .NET, REST, LLMs, RAG, Embeddings, Git 🏢 Description: About the Role As a Senior AI/ML Engineer you will be building AI-powered features at the core of our platform - semantic search, an intelligent assistant, automated risk scoring, and much more. We mainly integrate with external AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, and others) to deliver these capabilities to our clients and internal users. This is a software engineering role, not a data science or ML research position. You won't train models from scratch or publish papers. You'll engineer production-grade systems that leverage AI to solve real cybersecurity problems. If you're a strong Python engineer excited about making AI reliable, maintainable, and impactful — we want to talk to you. We're looking for a versatile software engineer to own the journey from AI prototype to reliable production system: building robust integrations with external AI providers or fine-tuned models, standardizing our Python codebase and release pipelines, and ensuring our AI features meet the same quality bar as any other production service. What You'll Do Ship AI features end to end - from integration design through deployment to monitoring in production. You'll build and maintain Python services that power our AI-driven capabilities on Azure. Build production-ready AI / ML integrations - including retry logic, rate limiting, cost monitoring, fallback strategies, and abstraction layers that allow us to swap between model providers. Turn proofs of concept into reliable software - collaborate with our AI experts (who bring deep ML/data science expertise) to take working prototypes and engineer them into tested, documented, production-grade services. Standardize Python engineering practices - establish and evolve our code organization, testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes for AI/ML features. Design clean service boundaries - our platform's core runs on .NET. You'll design and maintain well-defined APIs between the Python/AI layer and the rest of the system. Mentor and share knowledge - help other engineers grow their Python and AI engineering skills, and bring engineering rigor to the broader team's practices. Contribute to architecture decisions - work closely with other teams to shape how AI capabilities evolve within the platform. Who You Are Must-Haves 🔹 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining production systems in Python. 🔹 Expert-level programming skills and proficiency with common ML frameworks and libraries. 🔹 A track record of shipping and operating software - not just building prototypes. You care about testing, monitoring, logging, and what happens after deployment. 🔹 Experience integrating external APIs in production systems - ideally AI/LLM provider APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, or similar), but strong API integration experience in any domain counts. 🔹 Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns - you have opinions about how to structure a Python project and can articulate trade-offs. 🔹 Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and modern development workflows. 🔹 A working understanding of AI/ML concepts - you know what embeddings, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG are. You can have a productive technical conversation with an ML specialist without needing every concept explained from scratch. 🔹 Experience with testing strategies - unit tests, integration tests, mocking external services. You instinctively write tests, not as an afterthought. 🔹 A highly adaptable, problem-solving and result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 🔹 Strong communication skills in English (our working language). 🔹 Willingness to learn continuously and share what you learn with the team. Nice-to-Haves 🔸 Experience with Azure cloud services. 🔸 Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python web frameworks. 🔸 Exposure to MLOps tooling or practices (model versioning, experiment tracking, feature stores). 🔸 Hands-on experience in Document AI / Intelligent Document Processing using traditional models and Generative AI. 🔸 Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar). 🔸 Any experience with .NET - helpful for cross-team collaboration, but not expected. 🔸 Background in or interest in cybersecurity as a domain. Your Team You'll join our Synapse team - a small, focused group responsible for all AI/ML capabilities within our platform. The team consists of: -> Team Leader / Architect - provides high-level architectural guidance, planning, and cross-stack delivery. -> AI / ML Engineer - deep expertise in AI/ML and data science. Your counterbalance: they bring the ML knowledge, you bring the production engineering discipline. -> AI / Backend Engineer - transitioning from .NET into AI engineering. A teammate you'll mentor and grow alongside. -> You - the person who bridges the gap between AI prototypes and reliable production systems. Why Join Us? / What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package. Remote work options and flexible working hours. Actual impact on the choice and shape of solutions developed. Opportunities for professional growth and development. Training and conference budget. A collaborative, innovative work environment with an iterative agile approach. The role is for six months with the possibility of extension. Both full-time and part-time cooperation are possible.
