We are now looking for a Scrum Master to join their team and help shape this mission.
Your daily responsibilities
Continuously improving team processes, helping to remove impediments, making dependencies transparent, and optimising workflows to maximise team efficiency and performance
Ensure the effectiveness of all scrum events
Work closely with the Product Owner, Engineering Manager, the Development Team, and other stakeholders to ensure the team focuses on the most important tasks and delivers real business value
Coach the team in agile and Scrum best practices
Implementing and monitoring key metrics to drive improvement and eliminate bottlenecks
Adapt tools used by teams to support defined processes and collaboration between team members
Influence ways of working at both the team and domain levels
We need you to have
Over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a management/ leadership role
Good knowledge of software development processes and procedures
Good knowledge of backlog and task management tools
Good understanding of quality and quantity metrics and their usage for identifying process bottlenecks
Experience in building a continuous improvement organisation culture based on KPIs and an empirical approach
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Fluency in spoken and written English and the Polish language
Would be great if you have
Experience with distributed, international and multi-timezone team setup
Good knowledge of the Azure DevOps tool
