Tasks and Technologies

As an IT Consultant, you help translate customer needs into the right technical solution. We use the technology that is right for the project and the customer. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy working with new, varied areas and technologies to continuously increase your knowledge.

A large part of our projects are based on web-based technologies such as Angular or React, and Java or C# on a Java or .NET platform. In addition, we work with many standard platforms from Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM, Oracle, Adobe, Snowflake, Guidewire, among others.

As an IT Consultant, you contribute to all parts of system development with a strong focus on technical tasks. Your tasks and responsibilities will vary from project to project and develop over time – but your daily life will typically be characterized by tasks such as analysis, testing, management, design, documentation, and programming activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in: Management, Business Studies, Economy or similar discipline (IT background not strictly necessary)

  • 1-3 years of commercial experience after graduation

  • Experience with algorithmic thinking and problem-solving

  • Ability to articulate solutions using pseudocode or practical tools

  • Proficiency in Excel functions and formulas for data analysis and problem-solving

  • Analytical thinking, eagerness to learn, and work in a structured manner

  • Business oriented and focus on further development of managerial skills

  • Great  interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Willingness to cooperate directly with external customers

  • Very good English skills, both spoken and written
