Your role
At Capgemini Invent, we support organisations in turning strategic ambition into executed transformation - across operating models, processes, technology, and ways of working. We don’t stop at defining what should change; we help our clients design it, structure it, and deliver it.
We are looking for a Transformation & Project Consultant with German to support complex transformation initiatives and programmes for our international clients, particularly in German‑speaking markets. This is a client‑facing role for consultants who combine structured thinking, project discipline, and strategic perspective, and who want to grow their impact in transformation environments.
You will work on programmes spanning digital, business, and organisational transformation, supporting strategy development, project delivery, and coordination across stakeholders and workstreams.
Your tasks
Deliver transformation and project activities within complex change programmes
Contribute to transformation strategies and implementation plans
Translate strategic objectives into structured and actionable delivery plans
Support project and programme management activities, adapting to client needs
Coordinate workstreams and monitor progress, risks and milestones
Prepare clear management presentations and status updates
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
Collaborate with international, multi-disciplinary teams
Support governance, reporting and steering structures
Help drive initiatives from concept through execution to measurable results
Your profile
3–5 years of experience in transformation, consulting, project management or programme delivery
Proven experience in client-facing consulting or advisory roles
Practical exposure to complex transformation programmes and multi-workstream delivery
Solid understanding of project and programme management methodologies (Agile, waterfall or hybrid)
Experience contributing to strategy development, roadmaps and structured problem solving
Ability to prepare structured presentations and project documentation
German at minimum B2 level – must-have (regular client interaction)
English at C1 level or higher – must-have
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and operate in fast-paced environments
Nice to have:
Experience in large-scale business, digital or organisational transformations
Exposure to international or cross-border programmes, especially in DACH markets
Experience with enterprise platforms or complex IT/business change
Comfort supporting governance and senior stakeholder interactions
Strong analytical and structuring skills
Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Miro, Jira, MS Project and Teams
