WHAT YOU’LL DO: Technical Leadership & PLG Innovation Drive PLG Strategy: Lead the development of scalable features focused on user onboarding, conversion, and self-service growth. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency in Java — core language used for backend development and system integration within the team's technology stack. Experience in backend engineering in a SaaS environment, with ownership of server-side systems including API design, feature flag management, and production deployments. Hands-on experience with database state management and data migration — writing and executing migration scripts, resolving data inconsistencies, and coordinating safe rollouts  between legacy and new system configurations. Familiarity with QA processes and test automation — including defining regression testing scope, managing QA environments, and coordinating multi-phase release rollouts (RC →   production).
