 Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our Technology Team as an OPs Engineer. In this role, you will apply your solid, cross-functional expertise to analyze, co-decide and implement our core systems, working in close collaboration with both local and regional coordination, and Group Adeo. 

Main Responsibilities 

As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure optimal system operations.

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and system software.

  • Monitor systems performance, network health, and service availability.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

  • Perform preventive maintenance, security patching, and system updates.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

  • Document configurations, procedures, and changes.

  • Provide internal user support and collaborate with other IT teams.

  • Contribute to infrastructure improvements and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements 

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent (preferable).

  • Experience in systems administration or technical support.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Server administration.

  • Understanding of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.

  • Proficiency with Active Directory, user management, and group policies.

  • Familiarity with virtualization, backups, and IT security practices.
