Your role

You manage and enhance our messaging and collaboration environment, ensuring secure, reliable communication across the organization. You design, implement, and support solutions spanning Exchange (on‑prem and hybrid) and Microsoft 365 tools, helping employees collaborate efficiently from anywhere. By maintaining strong security, optimizing mail flow, and resolving complex issues, you play a key role in keeping our digital workplace connected, protected, and running smoothly.

Your tasks

  • Manage messaging environments including Exchange 2016/2019, Exchange Online (Hybrid), Microsoft Defender, and Proofpoint.

  • Implement and administer messaging, archiving, and security solutions.

  • Configure and secure mail flow (transport rules, connectors, routing).Manage DNS records related to messaging (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

  • Administer and tune Microsoft Defender for Office 365 policies.

  • Provide Level 2 support for escalated messaging and collaboration issues.

  • Maintain documentation, configurations, policies, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Ensure integration and support of Microsoft 365 tools such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.

Your profile

  • 2+ years of experience managing messaging environments.Knowledge of Exchange 2016/2019, Exchange Online (Hybrid), Microsoft Defender for Office 365, and Proofpoint.

  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams).

  • Experience with mail flow configuration and DNS management for messaging services.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues.

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical teams.
